This project explores my interest in landscape photography, particularly black and white, high contrast images. It also shows my first attempt to increase contrast within my images using coloured filters, these were shot on a mix of a full stop yellow filter (Y-2) as well as a dense red filter (R-1).
The ‘peppery’ look most apparent in the skies of these images was something I initially disliked but after revisting these images I’ve come to enjoy its rough edge.
